On April 2, 2021, Mr.Dai Junyang, vice president of CEATEC, was invited to attend the launching ceremony of the Second World Digital Economy and Digital Trade Conference at China Hotel in Beijing. The conference is under the guidance by the China Society for World Trade Organization Studies (CWTO), supported by China –Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation (CEATEC), and hosted by the Digital Economy and Digital Trade Professional Committee of CWTO.
The conference was focused on the theme of "focusing on the development of global digital trade and drawing up a blueprint for cooperation on the Silk Road", aiming to further strengthen the development, exchanges and cooperation between China and the "Belt and Road" countries in digital economy and digital trade, and explore new paths and discover new methods for jointly building a digitally friendly community with a shared future for mankind.
Mr. Dai Junyang, vice president of CEATEC; Mr. Chongquan, President of CWTO, Mr. Ma Wenpu, former Vice Minister of the Foreign Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee; Mr. Wu Bin, deputy director of the quota and License Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce; Mr. H.E. Darko Pajovic, former ambassador of the Republic of Montenegro to China; Mr. H.E.Robert Quant, Ambassador of the Bahamas to China; Mr. Xu Changdong, President of the Association of European Union Entrepreneurs, and more than 50 embassies in China, as well as international and domestic business associations, media representatives, experts, scholars and entrepreneurs of research institutions, more than 500 people attended the launching ceremony.
